Thumbs up New 2009/2010 G6 Sedan Spy Shots.....

These shots are from Leftlane News. They state that this new front and rear is going to appear either on the 2009 or the 2010 G6 sedan. The coupe may receive a similar makeover. No mention of a new interior in the article. I wish that they had gotten a close up shot of the interior. I'd love to see if there are any major improvements.

Enjoy!

Good clean shots but what's the difference again? A local guy just priced a new GXP and it hit right at $30,000. Give me a break.

....exactly Paul.
Ugh, just kill it already. 30k for a G6 GXP? Uh...Id spend it on a loaded G8 V6, or a base G8 GT.

This so called redesign, on the exterior at least, is a slap in the face! Really, what was redesigned?

Thumbs up Re: New 2009/2010 G6 Sedan Spy Shots.....

Hey! Give them a chance. You haven't even seen the new interior yet or the full scale of the changes they are planning. I'm willing to take a wait and see attitude on this. RWD is great....BUT.... I have to put up with snow and ice for 6 months of the year. A FWD vehicle is better in those conditions. Ultimately, an AWD vehicle would be best. So, a G6 is more practical even though a G8 would be more fun.

I wouldn't get your hopes up about the interior of this car. If they only changed minor things on the exterior, there won't be that much changed on the interior (i.e. don't expect Malibu-level interior.)

Let me guess, the interior will feature "updated switchgear" to go with the under-styled dash...

Hopefully the last of GM's boring bland designs along with the old Malibu, Corvette, Cobalt, G5, and Impala.

Re: New 2009/2010 G6 Sedan Spy Shots.....

A cheap "refresh" so the car fits in with the G8 (squared grille openings, similar air dam, etc.). Unless they did something with the interior (which I don't think they did), they wasted their effort.

Poor G6 needs more than that.
