GTP Calendar one day off...

Hi guys...noob here.

I bought an 04 GTP and I just noticed today that the calendar is one day off. The date is correct, but the day is one day off.

I've read on here and else where that this is a known issue.

What was the final fix for it?

I am way out of warranty. (04 with 92k). Will GM still help?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Re: GTP Calendar one day off...

Go through the owners manual, there should be a way to adjust the date.

Re: GTP Calendar one day off...

The 100K warranty didn't start till 2006. He prolly only had a 3yr 36K with extented he could have gone up to 70K like I did on my '04 Impala SS.

Re: GTP Calendar one day off...

Reflash from GM. That is the only way. Mine has the same but I don't care since I never check the date in the car.

Perhaps the Y2K mega-disaster is finally petering out.

So many calamities, so little time!
