Since the 2009s are already out, will the Vibe still get the announced upcoming GM factory installed bluetooth and USB before the 2010 model year?

Does the 2009 Vibe come with a free year of OnStar Turn By Turn navigation?

I would hope that since the Matrix gets bluetooth already that GM is working hard on it, and from what the dealer told me the Vibe does get turn by turn, but since about 90% of the time they pull what they say out of their asses, who knows if its true.
