I'll have to go with the mighty GTO as well... 1966 for me please, a ragtop in red, with a stick. Look at those fine lines, sculpted like a beautiful woman with the signature Pontiac arrowhead leading the way. This bodacious beauty defined the muscle car and gave a generation of boys something to dream about. It is classic models like this that cause me to mourn the sad decline and end of the once classic marque.

Wow John, from all the posts you have regarding designs, I really thought you would've loved one of these classic 1953 Buick Skylarks!:

If I had to choose just one, I'll take the 1971 Oldsmobile 442 W-30:

(Though I'd rather have a 1970!)

Very nice! These Olds models were especially good-looking as ragtops!

My mate's son had a metallic light blue 442 like that, only a convertible with white interior, as his wedding car. His mate's dad owns it. Looks very nice.

Re: What car from your birth year do you want most?

1963 would seem obvious to go with the split-window Stingray, but that was one styling feature that I never liked. Still a great car and nothing says 1963 more than that.

But make it a '63 GTO for me.

Yeah, but in 1989 you probably drooled over pretty much anything.
