Re: Side-by-side photos: Cruze and Fiesta interiors

The Cruze's has the potential to look unfortunate in anything but a top-level model. I'm picturing it in gray or beige and the look just isn't working.

The Fiesta, on the other hand, will likely look unfortunate in all versions. But while I predict the base Cruzes will be unattractive but generally inoffensive, the Fiesta just looks silly.

They're both VERY nice. I like the top one more though.

The Caddy....err Chevy wins hands down. The Ford looks a little too futuristic and non functional to me. The Fiesta would look nice in a concept, but looks unrealistic to me.

It is my understanding that the Delta II cars will all have push-button start as well.

I'd take both as well. I do have to agree with ifcar, I can picture them both in rental-riffic grey and beige, and it's gonna serve a huge helping of nasty on both.

In theory the Cruze is a "C" class and Fiesta is a "B" class, smaller. The Fiesta is approximately 3" longer than the Aveo 5 and 14" shorter than the Aveo sedan. If the new Cruze is 4.3 meters long, as I have read, it will be about 5' shorter than the current Focus. The Yaris 3 door is about 5' shorter than the Fiesta and the Yaris sedan is about the same size as the Cruze.

Re: Side-by-side photos: Cruze and Fiesta interiors

Why compare a compact to a subcompact?

The Fiesta is a smaller car with a lower price-point compared to the Chevy Cruze.

What's next? Honda Civic vs. Nissan Maxima?

    Just asking.
    HEY!!!! I just ate.

And people actually have the gall to badmouth the Aveo interior - even the "first generation" version.
