    Possible new Holden Monaro?

What are the odds we see a new Monaro produced on the updated platform. A new Monaro could mean a SS coupe. With the next gen Camaro shrinking in size there is room for a bigger muscle car coupe to go head to head with the challenger.

Current rides: 08' Sunburst Orange Cobalt SS/TC
    12' VW Passat TDI Manual

    Re: Possible new Holden Monaro?

The last Monaro was only developed because the design guys built a production ready show car and got public support behind it. I don't think the Holden design department has the clout it used to have, and Holden aren't looking for a 2 door RWD halo car. More's the pity.

The slightly less unlikely scenario is that Chevrolet somehow manage not to stuff up the marketing of the SS, the car is a hit with massive undersupply, and GM decide to expand the range and include a coupe.

Like Pete 1 said. Nil, zero chance...
