I think you nailed it! Good job! You can tell by both the grille and the v shaped arch across the a, b, & c pillars that it is either the Invicta or a VERY similarly styled vehicle. The size looks right too!

I put it up in the press area, and it seems to be the LaX for China, as well as America.

Actually, according to China Car Times - just an Insignia:

The new car replaces the old Regal, and there is a chance it retains the Regal moniker. The LaX stays, so if GM has some common sense, they won't apply the LaCrosse name to it in the US either.
