Impact of GM Europe, GMDAT, SGM... if GMNA files chapter 11 bankruptcy?
Is there anyone with Bankruptcy court knowledge that can speak explain what the impact would be on GM Europe, GMDAT (Daewoo Auto), GM China, Holden etc. if GM North America files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy?
For instance, I'm sure each of these entities have open Account Receivables with GMNA. Are they prioritized before external suppliers for payment of open receivables, or are they less of a priority?
