    GM Employees

Any auto employees, I am wondering what your options are if you get laid off from your job? Obviously you are well-qualified but what percentage of workers would you say consider going back to some vocational school (like Universal Technical Institute) to learn more skills to stay competitive versus going back to school to learn skills for other fields of work vs. just going and getting a somewhat related job without going back to school?

My dad went to work at a bunch of places. He's also a trained tailor, so he did alterations at this one place when he got laid off from Norwood. He worked as a salesman/tailor at Sears too.
