    Heh heh. I'm still waiting for some disgruntled employee to claim "sudden acceleration" for running over his boss in the parking lot at lunch...

    And I'm sure that problematic ex-wife/husband/other could be swiftly dealt with...

    All of a sudden since the recall finally came into the light Toyotas all over the world are crashing into buildings......ok.

    Agreed, this was just a bit too much of a "coincidence."

    He'll be lucky if he isn't charged with malicious mischief or reckless driving. Or worse.

    I hope the insurance company pays to fix the damage to his truck so that he remains stuck with it.

    I would not be surprised at all if this douchebag drove right into the building on his own. I'm sure he thought he could kill two birds with one stone: piss off the dealership and get insurance to write off his truck.
