2006 H3 Hummer- 2nd cylinder misfire

My brother was deployed to Afghanistan and asked me to look after his Hummer while he is serving active duty. The engine light went on and my friend told me that the error reads misfire on the 2nd spark plug. His car has 44,000 miles and is no longer under warranty. I replaced all the spark plugs, however the light is still on and the error msg reads the same. What's the fix? My brother has limited funds.

Spark plug wire or coil.

Thanks. Tried the coil. Not the wire. Will try that.

Be sure to use AC/Delco wire, or you'll be doing the job twice.
