    1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC Concept

    I did a little research and reporting on one of Chevy's concept masterpieces, from nearly a quarter century ago. There are roughly 30 photos in the gallery. I hope it is enjoyed!

    A very successful way creating buzz about that car. I remember some of those concept images ...and I fell in love with that version and the ProtoFab TransAm cars. Nice !!

    I'm so glad GM adjusted the concept to production. That simply wouldn't have aged nearly as well as the ones they actually built. It looks like a cartoon car from Speed Racer. They kept true to the concepts design cues, but definitely improved the style IMO.

    Look at that review! Amazing how time change. And 16" were BIG! lol.

    1995 Camaro Z28 LT1 LE2 355, 230/238 .565/.565" 110+6, 1.6:1 SA RR, LT Headers with ORY, T-56 (rebuilt w/ some upgrades), Ram HDx Clutch, Lowered 1.25" LCA Relocation brackets, Adj Panhard Bar, Poly suspension bushings, STB , CAI, !emissions crap, Magna Flow Cat Back. 150,xxx miles. 414rwhp
    2001 Suburban, lowered (3/5) Magna flow, free mods, CAI, tune, built 4L60e. 200,xxx miles.
