Naah. It has like three other Two-Mode Hybrid badges on the car.

I'm just disappointed they didn't use an eight foot bed. With my job the short bed just don't do it.

I agree that there are probably better ways to distinguish vehicles equipped with the hybrid powertrain.

In general, I think there are better ways to advertise GM's hybrids. You know, like showing Paris Hilton in hers!
I find the Hybrid decal so distasteful that I would have it removed before the vehicle ever saw the road.

that stuff wont break the warranty, but with current vehicles all it takes is a quick reflash to change things such as tire size. im wondering if itll be as simple as that with these trucks? if theyll have pocket programmers and the like?

Its the new two-mode. The old Silverado Hybrid wasn't even the BAS I think.

I was hoping for more styling like in the Tahoe with the low lip. But I guess you don't need that in a work truck.

Re: Official GM Photo: 2009 Chevrolet Silverado Hybrid Crew Cab

Do they all come with the tonneu cover?

Is GM going to offer different variations?
-Standard, Extended, and Crew Cab
-2X4 and 4X4
-Colors and packaging ( I really hate the price especially with the plastic handles and such, Comon GM!!)

That's one of the things I hate about the Tahoe Hybrid....it doesn't look like a regular Tahoe.

The even lower front lip, the funny wheels, and the stupid decals ruin it. Take a regular Tahoe and add the hybrid powertrain and one little badge out back that says "hybrid"...then I'll like it much more.

Thats nothing compared to the escalade hybrid tester i saw earlier this week. It didn't look as outlandish as the Tahoe but there was a hybrid badge on the back window hybrid badges along the sides, a hybrid logo on the windshield and don't forget the green H lettering. It kinda took away some of the escalades "hey look at me" styling.
