Look how much bad publicity gm will get over this hummer and how much bad publicity they had over current hummers. Time to move away from this devision.
Yes, because GM is the only company that sell fuel thirsty vehicles not that I see anything wrong with that

Why do people always say things like that? Some of the biggest guys I know drive trucks like hummers and big 3/4 tons. They're not compensating for anything as far as I'm concerned. What's wrong with a big truck? How is it any different than a sports car with a lot of horsepower or someone with a mansion that's far bigger than actually 'required'? I really don't understand comments like this.

I'd be curious to see what they would say if they were asked where Aveos, Cavs, Cobalts, and old Saturns come from...

Most don't even look, they just assume that any company getting 8 mpg in an SUV probably can't get 35 mpg in an economy car.

The Aveo can't hold a candle to some of its equally small competitors for fuel economy, and it's dog slow to boot. My brother and sister each own one, one manual and one automatic, and they average less than 30 miles per gallon in mostly highway driving. I did better in my Impala, which was 1000 pounds heavier, had 80 extra horsepower, and was noticeably quicker too.

The Cobalt is quicker than the Civic or Corolla, but it still only has a 9 or 10 second 0-60 mph. And the Civic and Corolla do much better for fuel economy - 4 mpg better city or highway under the newer 2008 EPA fuel economy ratings.

Yes Toyota only sells the fuel efficient Tundra and Sequoia. Nissan sells the Gas sipping Titan.

I think they need to go small and truly rugged fast before the fad and their image wears.
Because people like that image, hummer's with big chrome wheels are hot.

Re: New spy photos of new, bigger H2 SUT

i bet that thing gets 20+ mpg, as i'm 99% positive it has a diesel, possibly the new small duramax.
look at the photo of the fuel filler door. there's dirt/diesel residue around it.
