That is a very classy looking vehicle. Interior looks very high quality.

Re: **NEW** GMC Acadia Photos

That is one attractive piece. Love that gunmetal grey, but somehow I still prefer the Outlook inside out. Still, preferences aside, GM has 3 hits on their hands. Now... its time to get all the cars up to par.

Re: **NEW** GMC Acadia Photos

The only thing I don't like is that it's a GMC. Still think GMC is strictly a "truck" company. Anyhow, as a GM product though, that's terrific! The red photos don't do it, but the "real" photos of the gray vehicle make the Acadia look like a real contender!

Re: **NEW** GMC Acadia Photos

Ok, I thought the Smart Slide seats all you had to do was push a button?

We checked out the Acadia and Outlook at the auto show and you had to lift a level, that rather crudely compacted the seat and you have to slide it forward. That wasn't too bad but trying to get to unfold and scoot back was a little akward.

Re: **NEW** GMC Acadia Photos

I took a look at one this weekend in Mississauga ON, very nice vehicle. I was very impressed with the look and quality. Need to test one but unless it drives awful (which I doubt), it would be an easy sell when the time comes.

Funny that you say that because Holden's styling chief now heads GM's US design, the Acadia is one of the vehicles done under his watch.

And that damn Murano too. Man I haven't seen a vehicle that looked more like a pumpkin morphed in a elephant butt before.

Am I wrong but is there no Beige interior color available in the Acadia. I like beige in my ineriors. I like that red/orange/brown color but I really like beige.

Let us hope never. Chevy doesn't need one of these. It needs a Ridgeline competitor and a wagon. That's all.

Re: **NEW** GMC Acadia Photos

I saw a white one while I was down at the Ren Cen. I really like it a lot. The only problem I could find with it is the fact that it's out of my price range

The Ridgeline? I thought sales of those things sucked. Canadians get a wagon (Optra) and Chevy does need one of these, especially when the Uplander is gone next year.

From the side profile, I think it would look great if it were lowered a little bit to get rid of some of the fender gaps and have the vehicle sit more car-like.
