So you can change hoods, fenders, box sides with pliers?? Wow!

Why not give people a choice? Silverado is butt ugly. Prices are the same (for similar models obviously) so whats the diff, its just more sales for GM. If they want to get rid of GMC, please god let them get rid of the Chevy designers too so I won't have to buy an import.

Sure glad to FINALLY see the 6 speed auto on all models, about time.

The Canyon is an embarrassment

Just get rid of GMC already. It is totally and completely redundant. The terrian looks F'ing terrible.

GMC is easy profit... and GM needs profit.

GM does need to do something about GMC eventually for the long run.

GMC hurts GM's image because it's a rebadge brand, and sometimes GMC vehicles steal the thunder from Chevy vehicles.

I don't have an exact figure, sorry. I'm sure they would have used more, but Honda clear-cut an entire stand of old-growth Ugly Tree to supply their automated stick-smackers on the CR-V assembly line.

I think the Terrain will do fine, hopefully I'll get to drive one soon. Then I can form an opinion about it that isn't based on a few photographs, like far too many people on this site like to do.

They smacked it with nothing. They started with an Equinox. Added some truck. Threw in a pinch of balls. And the end result? One bad-ass looking CUV.

Shhhhh, don't let Mr. Steve know that there are people on this forum that like any current GM products, it will make him grumpy.

I'm with you on that...I have no idea how GMC dodged the axe...especially now that GMC is getting out of the medium duty truck market. Have to see that Terrain in person...not sold on it...Equinox much better looking

Re: Meet Your 2010 GMC Lineup

Sooo.... Colorado gets a V8 option but the Canyon does not?????

Tell me again why GMC was kept over Pontiac or Saturn. At least with Pontiac you had some models that weren't found in any other NA brand or at last unique-ish.

Re: Meet Your 2010 GMC Lineup

I just don't get why they killed Pontiac, but yet, GMC gets to live. GMC is the biggest offender when it comes to rebadges. Atleast at Pontiac, they had cars that weren't at other brands!!!!

Should of been Chevy - Pontiac/GMC - Cadillac

That's all I'm going to say...

Re: Meet Your 2010 GMC Lineup

What does chevy have that is so great? Traverse copy cat of the Acadia. You say the yukon looks tired that means the tahoe looks tired. Can you match a yukon denali with anything that chevy has? NO.... Chevy is a entry level car and truck line and that is it.

Re: Meet Your 2010 GMC Lineup

GMC proves that with the average buying public, rebadges work well.

As crappy as it was, GM sold bazillions of cars in the '80s, all of which were shameless rebadges.

Re: Meet Your 2010 GMC Lineup

The Canyon is the cheapest rebadge ever. They still have the metal bar in the headlights where the Chevy grille would cross into it.
