+1

This truck is for poseurs.

I thought NASCAR would have taught Roush something. Lighter is better!

Why a stick? If you want something you carve winding roads with you'd be better off looking at a Maloo with a 'stick'. I doubt the Silverado would be any good through corners compared to sports cars.

Re: The M5 of pickups? Roush Silverado

46 miles a day in that C6? Damn.

Roush is still tuning the F150 with there Roush Charger system.

Give me a twin turbo kit on the L92 and I bet it will make more power and cost alot less then the Roush products....

Re: The M5 of pickups? Roush Silverado

I have no problem with Roush doing GMs, so long as they are faster than the Ford equivalent.

Seriously, Roush builds some nice stuff, especially for Mustangs.

Just remember tuner truck fans. Joe Gibbs did a Chevy truck, and now they are swimming with the ricers!

At least Jack Roush races Amercan cars.

Re: The M5 of pickups? Roush Silverado

Seen today 4 Chevy Silverado's park inside the fencing at Oshawa Truck label as EXPORT with no other info on the window sticker. Only thing I could see was the the truck had ENGINE OPTION L92 Listed and the exhaust pipe was much larger and straight then the the regular pipes installed on these trucks.

No manual? FAIL

Soon enough I'll see one with a big "3" memorial on the rear window and/or tailgate

And do they have to use an M5 to compare it? Why not Z06/ZR1? G8 GXP? Oh yeah I forgot, the imports will always be better

If you look up "perfect timing" in the dictionary does a picture of that truck come up?

Re: The M5 of pickups? Roush Silverado

it is an interesting concept that like said earlier leads to more questions, especially with Roush's nascar side.... Roush has done some awesome stuff, but all that said I would rather see a partnership with Lingenfelter first, as for how this truck will be I will hold judgement til they put out the specs

It's another 4 door monster. I don't want a big heavy tank, give me a S10 sized regcab pickup with a 400hp V8.
