How do you know?
Ah well, we do know that the Opel Zafira will not go to Saturn:

For example, I can’t see the Opel Zafira being sold in North America, just as I can’t see the new Saturn Outlook in Europe.

Have you seen the Mazda 5's sales numbers? Mazda only sold 928 last month, year-to-date sale total out at 14,465. Those are numbers that would make Aztek sales look good. Honda sold 11,172 Odyssey last month.

Bob is right the Zafira would not sell in America.

Honda is suffering due to high prices on their vehicles. My wife wanted a honda becouse her parents have one. We walked to the Dealer, and the prices they were quoting left us thinking, Is this a Mercedes Benz Store?

You didn’t read my post right. I’m saying that Honda sold almost as many minivans last month as Mazda has sold Mazda 5's all year.

Point being the Mazda 5 doesn’t sell and if GM brought over the Zafira to America it wouldn’t sell because it’s the same type of vehicle.

What I got from reading that is GM was thinking about building a minivan based on the VUE and then decided not to. The minivan this topic is about would be made at same plant as the Lambda crossovers. Not the Saturn plant.

Re: GMC Minivan Spy Shot in Popular Mechanics Magazine

The CMC Minivan really was at the Milford Proving Grounds where this shot was taken. Fellow engineers of my company took it out there that day, and then found the "Spy Shots" on the internet claiming it's a Chevy!! It's the only CMC van in the US.

If you look closely, the sliding door tracts are hidden underneath the 3rd window, where other companies have placed it for years, better late than never. It looks very sleek for a minivan so far. I'll reserve judgement until bigger pics and interior shots come out.

I don’t think anybody really cares where the track is. The Honda Odyssey has it on the side and it far out sells the Toyota Sienna with it's hidden track.
