You are still missing the point.
No one is saying that you mom's Jeep won't flex well just that it isn't the SFA that gives the vehicle it's flex.

Take your pics if you must but don't forget to ask your mom's permisson first.

They server two different purposes, and are entirely two different sizes.

The old Jeep is more nimble, because it had to be based on 1945 technology. Chrysler just improves on the design they don't reinvent it. The H1 is a beast, but it still can get around a lot of things, maybe not as much as the Jeep, mostly because it can go THRU some things the Jeep can't.
Thw Wrangler is based on the CJ...

I don't think so DuSpinnst. I have nothing against the H1 at all. Its built for a different purpose than any Jeep. The H2 and H3 is the ones which do compete against Jeeps.
A Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with every option costs as much as an H3.

The SFA does give it flex! Your previous post

Because with IFS, Only 1 side of the suspension will flex over something, with a Solid axle, the suspension can only bend 1 way, helping it flex over stuff.

http://detr6oit.50megs.com/ifs1.html

Read that and tell me that IFS helps articulation...

So many people build up the old GM 73-87 trucks because they already have a SFA in 4x4 apps. You always see more newer (1999+) Dodge and Ford HD trucks compared to the 1999+ GM's because of the IFS. It costs more to lift, and is harder to work on if you break something.

For 1/2 ton 2WD trucks IFS would be fine, although with pulling a huge trailer, I would rather have the durability of solid axles.

BTW, Heres another good page on IFS vs Solid axles:
