Re: Comming Soon: GMC Yukon Denali Hybrid
I thought the Yukon already had it, so now we have the Mailbu, Aura, Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, and Escalade hybrids?

On the other hand.....what on earth will be the difference between the Yukon Hybrid and the Yukon Denali Hybrid (besides the suspension, mentioned in the article)? When I bought my 2007 Yukon XL Denali, it had the larger engine and a six speed automatic - big differences from the standard Yukon XL. Will there be significant differences between the Hybrid and the Denali Hybrid? "Denali" trim pieces? Not sure the suspension alone and badging/grill would be enough to justify a Denali over a regular Yukon Hybrid. The hybrid stickers on the Yukon are incredibly ugly - I hope they retire them quickly and replace them with something a little more classy and subtle.

Re: Comming Soon: GMC Yukon Denali Hybrid
Until they sell enough of these to start getting the price down or gas goes to $5 a gallon I don't see GMT900 hybrid sales improving. I did see my first Tahoe hybrid on the road locally yesterday.

Did Autoblog just pick up on this? They announced this thing a while ago...

Re: Comming Soon: GMC Yukon Denali Hybrid
The Denali line demographic's income level is one of GM's highest and it looks like GM is starting to make the transition for BOF SUV's from the Escalade to the GMC Denali to enable them to move the Escalade to another platform.
