Opel Meriva Concept Uncovered!
Opel Meriva Concept Uncovered! ![]() The first official images of Opel’s forthcoming Meriva Concept made their way into various internet forums this morning giving us a full-blown view of the compact mnivan. The concept previews the next-generation Meriva and it features rear-hinged rear doors on both sides that open to a 90-degree angle. Weirdly enough –for a prototype that is, it retains the B-columns. As for the interior, the Meriva Concept’s cabin design looks like its two steps away from production. http://carscoop.blogspot.com/2008/02...al-images.html ![]() Last edited by JoeT : 02-27-2008 at 06:59 PM. |

Re: Opel MERIVA Concept Revealed!!
That's very interesting. I like the beltline kink on the rear door. This keeps the rear haunches from looking too thick and high. This way, the rear wheel isn't overwhelmed, and doesn't look like a caster under a garden pot.
I wonder about the suicide doors, though. They make some sense on a car this size but I'd be suprised if they make it to production.

Re: Opel MERIVA Concept Revealed!!
It looks like the size of a Honda Fit, but it looks sportier and very nice compaired.

Re: Opel MERIVA Concept Revealed!!
I could see this as a Saturn, would fit the line-up nicely.

Doesn't do anything for me, personally.

Re: Opel MERIVA Concept Revealed!!
Wow! This vehicle stimulates both sides of my brain. There's nothing that I don't like.
It shows a lot of resemblance to the Flextreme concept. I wonder if it can configured as an e-flex electric vehicle? |

Re: Opel MERIVA Concept Revealed!!
Amazing, I LOVE the seats and the brown leather/fabric along with the off white/cream and then the orange stitching. WOW! that looks great. great contrast. I love that so much.
