Nope, it's only a FWD car. Really? An Aura over a base CTS? I think I'll go for the CTS.almost based on the interior alone.

Re: New Opel Vectra Spy Video

Weird...the video isn't working for me. I think YouTube is being stupid.

Re: New Opel Vectra Spy Video

Ok cool...now its working. The thing looks like it has some speed and some good handling for a 4 door sedan. I can't wait to see it here in the states as the next Saturn Aura soon. Also, when is that redline Aura for the current gen supposed to come out?

It depends - they both have the same engine, the spy shots of the Vectra/Aura interior look great, the Vectra/Aura is FWD (I live where it snows), and will likely weigh ~500 lbs less than the CTS (slightly faster with better fuel economy). Plus, there is the potential for a diesel, just like the CTS.

I thought EpsilonII was suppose to have AWD. Has something changed? Just by the lack of tire squeal alone (compare it to the HHR SS going around the Ring) I assumed it was AWD.

No, that is the current Opel Vectra. The silver one on the track is the Vectra GTS (Liftback) and the black one on the road The Caravan (Wagon).

I don't think any Euro manufacturer including Opel releases any model without testing on the Nürburgring, not just performance cars.
