The new EPA fuel consumption tests are a bit more harsh for small cars, most likely those numbers will be lower if they bring test mules here.

Anyhow...this type of car GM should have years ago, even with more bread and butter powertrains to cut down on base price. Still boggles my mind why GM and Ford did not bring Corsa and Fiesta models sooner to this market, those were very successful and best selling models for years.

And of course this should be RWD with V8 pushrod small block and towing capacity of 10 tons!
