2010 Opel Astra GSI coming at the Geneva Motor Show

Quote:
According to the latest reports, it appears that Opel will unveil the new 2010 Astra GSI in March, at the Geneva Motor Show. This new car will feature a new aerodynamic kit consisting of a new front bumper, side sills and a rear apron with integrated exhaust system and air diffuser. Also, a power increase is expected but unfortunately we have no data at this moment. The new Astra GSI is expected to hit the showrooms in mid 2010 together with the new Meriva, expected to make its debut at the same show in Geneva.

Can't remember, there's been so many things said, then changed, but is this the car that's going to be a Buick? (or did they say NO hatchback for Buick?)

If GM rebadges a Cruze as a Buick instead of integrating the Astra lineup with Buick, then Gm is truly retarded.

I do believe the Buick Cruze nose-job product was axed in favor of an all-new Astra-based Buick car.

More interested in the 3-door, not in this one.

Re: 2010 Opel Astra GSI coming at the Geneva Motor Show

now that is a Buick. very cool. especially the taillights and smooth curves, and red paint, are all so buick-like. that should come here as the standard buick small car, with all those details, to keep it upmarket. call it skylark, would revive retro interest and the buick nameplates. very nice GSI.
