Surprising considering the number of wealthy that live around RTP.

Not really. These events are in places where people tend NOT to consider GM products. Michigan is probably the most GM-friendly state around.

After registering, I got an e-mail that let me edit my registration. Within the edit function, there's a spot where you can add a "guest."

I wish GM would revive the Chevy Rev-it-Up event. While the free ride-and-drive sessions are good, I've seen them get oppressively crowded. With Rev it Up, participants paid $50, I think, which cut down on crowds. We got to drive Corvettes, Malibu SSs, and Cobalt SSs around road courses. It was great!

This is perfect. I have two separate co-workers that I have been telling about the new SRX, trying to get them to consider it. I emailed them this information, and one of them just replied back that they signed up! This will be for the drive at the Galleria in Dallas.

I've got another co-worker I'm trying to get her to go test drive the new Equinox.....

I already have sold a Solstice Coupe and Solstice Convertible here in my building! Doing what I can to save GM!!!!

I just noticed the price difference between the MKX and the SRX. The Lincoln starts at $38K, the SRX at $33K. That's quite a gulf between them.

Isn't the MKX closer to Lambda size? (Buick Enclave, Chevy Traverse)

No. It's about the same size as the SRX.

Re: Sign Up For The 2010 Cadillac SRX Crossover Test Drive Event

I was at my local dealer having the CTS serviced last week. Asked the salesman when they were getting the SRX in. Usually they put the new models right out front as they are released and I drive by this dealer every day. He said we have gotten some in, they sell as fast as we get them. And over the weekend sure enough I saw one on the road with the dealership logo on the back. Nice looking car.
