One of the best cars I have ever driven is the CTS-V Coupe. Which is funny because when I first saw photos of it, I assumed I wouldn’t like it at all. It just didn’t look right. How quickly I was proved wrong.

If Darth Vader had a daily driver, it would be the CTS-V Coupe. It’s simply bad-ass from every consideration. The car is nothing but right angles; there’s nothing Euro about it with all those crazy-looking lines. Yet they made it work really well. Even the paint job of the tester I received was incredible. It was Diamond Black and it has metal flake mixed in. It had so much “flake” to it that when the light hits it, it sparkles like a disco ball. I loved it. Top that off with black wheels, a black interior and faint blue LED lighting accents on and under the dash – the only other car with a similar lighting system such as this is a Maybach – and the finished visual affect is stunning.

The guy in the article needs to do his research. LSA doesn't = LS9. It also stops VERY well,, just look at the numbers.

"...there is nothing euro about it...". Wonder how many cadillac's that will apply to soon, how american cars for that matter .

think of someone that you consider to be of average intelligence...

i think what he refers to 'might' be how firm the pedal is. i drove one for 150 miles or so the other day, and that was the one thing that i noticed about the car. you have really step on the pedal to stop-just firm is all-but it stops just fine

Something to keep in mind, most cars noted for good brake feel rely on pressure as much as they do travel for the brake pedal.
I want a car so violent that the mere thought of full throttle would cause a heart attack. That actually going wide open throttle in would result in nothing less than instant death!

What I love about the V is that it's uniquely American and not something to have an apology about. A four door muscle machine wrapped in a tuxedo, I wish GM could execute like this far more often.

I have my driven the sedan on a track and the brakes are completely awesome once you heat them up a bit. The brake dust is completely too much though

the coupe looks ok,but the rear end looks hideous, hopefully the redesign is much more appealing to the eye
