This can very well be the hottest wagon ever made.

Re: CTS Wagon in Black: New Spy Shot

Looks like this is the effective replacement for the SRX, while the replacement SRX will become something more akin to the GMC Acadia.

Not a bad strategy as the sport wagon may become a hot property as folks who used to have a sporty SUV look for something less SUV-like as they fall out of fashion.

Re: CTS Wagon in Black: New Spy Shot

Wow! The CTS is without a doubt the best sedan, and wagon( and soon to be coupe ) that GM makes IMO

X2 on the CTS-V wagon!

Re: CTS Wagon in Black: New Spy Shot

Will GM sell any of these?

The previous one looked good too but nobody wanted it. Based on sales of course.

Re: CTS Wagon in Black: New Spy Shot

Quote:
The CTS Wagon... Production is pegged at 10,000 to 12,000 units per year, with 50 percent of those intended for European sales. It’s quite possible that GM is targeting this October’s Paris Motor Show for an official unveiling of the car. U.S. pricing will range from $37,500 to $42,500.

Given the overwhelmingly positive reaction from the press and general public to the CTS Sedan and forthcoming CTS Coupe, we suspect the CTS Wagon will be met with equal enthusiasm. While some naysayers think a wagon will dilute the CTS brand, GM has done everything it can to make sure this model is just as fashionable as its siblings.
Expand the brand (both Cadillac in general and the CTS specifically) and move volume globally. This is a much, much, much better way for GM to fill plants to capacity and return to profitability. It sure beats cut-and-run.

And dilute the brand? I don't think so, naysayers. Talk about not getting it.

I like this CTS Wagon, but I'll admit I still rather fancy the fetchin' CTS Coupe.

I like! Hopefully it will be selling more then 10-12,000 units a year though. I've got a feeling it will.

I can't wait until Cadillac outdoes itself with the upcoming STS/DTS replacement. I'm really excited, no really I am.
