So basically a smaller XT5. I don't think anything else should be expected I suppose..

That there is a CUV.... About all I can tell. Oh, and it has wheels too! Can't wait to see more pics as it starts shedding the cameo.

If we didn't know the XT3 was in development, it would be impossible to tell just what make/model this mule might be.

It's very obviously a FWD platform, but the frontal proportions aren't bad.

The front is too long and the back too short. Terrible proportions.

That was what caught my eye too, hopefully the camo is making it look longer than it really is. Otherwise It'll be a smaller XT5 in appearance and sell extremely well.

Look more closely. It's a smaller XT5 insofar as it's a smaller Cadillac crossover.

It has horizontal headlights, looks like it lacks the full-length front DRLs over the arches, looks like a horizontal element to the rear lights, Escala grille...

    Looks like Escala.

Looking at all the other photos I gather that what we see may well be the actual shape of the thing by the white and black body parts showing under the tarps. It sure looks like FWD proportions to me and I like the exhaust ports in back.

I can't imagine why the author wrote that title. He couldn't possibly know it's "edgy", or "Wedgy" under all that padding. And if it were "Ready", there wouldn't be any camouflage.

I wish I were an Automotive Journalist so I could write piffle like that and get paid for it.
