Re: Pontiac G3 Comes State-Side!

What the **** this is why I keep pushing away from GM. They are so lazy to make new design on cars, and just rebadged the cars likes it a new design. GM needs to wake up and start fresh on every brand they have.

What about the "Acura CSX?" Total rebadge of a Civic.

I am disappointed by this also, but it wouldn't stop me from buying products GM does right.

Maybe GM will give Cadillac or Buick a version. Or HUMMER if we are lucky.

That's different...if TMS & Honda do it then it's divine providence!!!!

IF GM does it...well...burn Wagoner and every GM employee & dealer at the stake!!!

Re: Pontiac G3 Comes State-Side!

I was at Pontiac's website, and it says that the G3 is starting at $14,995! Can't you get its sister car, the Aveo, starting at around $10,000 or so?

Ha

The car would probably fall apart with that engine under the hood.

Re: Pontiac G3 Comes State-Side!

GM just wants to keep the same customers in the brand forever... Teenager getting his first car- a G3. Teenager going to college- a G5, Graduating from College and getting your first real Job- G6, getting the first promotion- Solstice, moving to a better job- G8, getting married and starting a family-Torrent or should I say--- Montana... hehe and look at most brands, they work the same.... not saying that this is a bad idea, but the true identity of the brand and what they stand for is lost. They got to be able to connect with the customer and give them what they look for in a brand, not just to try to keep them within the brand, because the true meaning is lost.

Re: Pontiac G3 Comes State-Side!

I just see crap. The G3 just furthers the image of Pontiac as a lame Chevy knockoff. Figures for every winner (G8), you have a loser.

Well, I sat in one... and I like it for nothing more than a day to day carry myself a few people and groceries around car. But it really looks just too damn cute! But notice as this guy cowers in fear from the grinning monster!
