Hopefully GM decided to fix the goofy typo my 99 Trans Am has on its instrument cluster. "Check Gages" always cracks me up

Good question! Maybe the manual transmission cars will get torque or intake manifold pressure gauges. The Avanti and Saab turbos had intake manifold pressure gages.

Gage and gauge are interchangaeble. It's not a typo, just an alternate spelling. Kind of like judgement and judgment.

I think everyone gets the trans. temperature gauge. The torque gauge was cool, but pretty much useless.

Agreed, the whole interior of the car is a major turn off in my opinion.

In my mind all of those gauges should be in a customizable HUD.
