Re: Illustrated: 2010 Chevrolet Equinox

I think it looks great. But I'd be willing to bet it won't be quite and angular looking as depicted here as someone else on this page has already suggested. It will be more organic like it's big brother Traverse. I hope they are planning for a plug-in hybrid model like Saturn Vue.

looks good, but they need to fix the panel gaps at the A pillar and the hood; they're still using the same damn hood and the current model

Re: Illustrated: 2010 Chevrolet Equinox

Man this thing looks almost as big as the Traverse. Hopefully it's just the photo making it look huge IMO. GM along with all the other manufacturers need to stop making vehicles larger every product cycle. Look at the Toyota Corolla for example, the new model is huge; It's larger than the original camry.

Re: Illustrated: 2010 Chevrolet Equinox

Looks very nice, impressive.

Exteroir kind of reminds me of the bmw x6.

I like the interior, dash pods have a clear camaro resemblance.

Does anyone know powertrain configurations?

Looking forward to the upcoming release.

According to a recent article on GMI, the Equinox/Terrain won't have a third row.

Re: Illustrated: 2010 Chevrolet Equinox

It looks good but maybe too similar to the Vue, especially the headlamps. That old Malibu interior was the turnoff for this vehicle along with a chinese engine. Now I might be more interested if they get all of that addressed.
