Re: GM takes off camo of Camaro

I think some surprises are in store for the front end. I have nothing to back that up, though. I like how they're sort of rubbing the spy photographer's collective noses in it.

Re: GM takes off camo of Camaro

I am sure we will see something in Detroit next week, if not last year at the DC auto show they had the prototype, so I am hoping theywill have one there in three weeks.

I agree! I'd bet Bob Lutz has a bunch of surprises in store for us. I for one hope we finally see the Camaro Convertible with to "top up" as well as a Z28 or SS concept.

Re: GM takes off camo of Camaro

Looks great. The decklid looks a little higher than I expected. It's amazingly true to concept, which is awesome.

Why all the hate on Autoblog and elsewhere about the interior? It's very faithful to the concept's. Were people expecting a CTS-caliber interior in a car that will start around $22k??

Re: GM takes off camo of Camaro

Great news!
But then again, if aerodynamics are an issue, it may end up looking very different. Are we about the witness the return of egg-shaped cars?
Good though that they are caring about cooling efficiency. All my GM cars have annoyed me in that regard.

Re: GM takes off camo of Camaro

So, it'll be driving around without camo. That's got to be a first for a automaker.

Lutz, always full of surprises.

Re: GM takes off camo of Camaro

In my view from the back it looks much bette than even the concept. I do think the man himself Mr.Lutz has different things instore for us. Though from the looks of this i very excited.
