Re: GM Releases Camaro Assembly Photos

Great photos. Sad that all of these will be destroyed.

When does Job #1 start?

It's almost time for the Camero hype to get cranked up to 11. Again.

finesse shop

Interesting Name

They should let you come to the factory and pick it up if you want kind of like the option they give Corvette buyers to pick it up at the museum.

Which by the way, the Vette Museum addition is looking amazing...double the size practically.

March 16th, 2009.

But these cars won't be destroyed. As far as I know, they're saleable models, but currently in use by GM engineers for the CTF program. I think they'll end up being sold as used or something.

Hmmm... Camaro assembly line tour & delivery. That would be a great idea. The ride home would be a road trip like no other.

They added onto the 'Vette museum? I guess I need to go back up there & see.

Umm, these don't look like GM press photos. They would not have blurred out the employees. Methinks soemone is losing their job over this...

It's been brought up a lot, but shot down for a number of reasons. Primarily because the Oshawa line moves much faster than the Bowling Green line.

Nope, they came directly from GM.

Probably blurred out because GM is worried they'd get sued for not getting the employee's consent.

There's really no escape from this lamentable creation if you're a member of this site. Especially now that they're birthing. So if I'm going to be forced to entertain Camero-related conversation, I'm not going to bother to spell the name correctly.

It irks people. I used to be one of those people, but I have come to embrace it for its humor value.
