I think this car could use a bigger bowtie.

Re: coming soon: Spark

We have been waiting for this car for years. GM takes too long from reveal to launch, perhaps they should not reveal until a few months before launch?

I do not like the rims, seems like the same bland Korean rims I see on all Korean cars. Give them a shine at least instead of dull gray.

So like the Aveo and some of the 20 other models to come out over the next 22 months?

The gages are combination anolog (speedometer) and digital (everything else), though hard to catch at first glance.

For most of GMs new vehicles they reveal it some 6 months before launch which is a common practice in the automotive world.

The Camaro and the Chevy Spark are just exception to this because they were shown off before work was done on them. The spark was shown off as part of PR where they let people vote to see which of the 3 twins they liked best.

On average it takes 3-5 years to produce a new vehicle, we just know about these two cars for the entire development time where in many cases we see mules like a year before launch and maybe some leaked photos of the thing.

Re: coming soon: Spark

The ad looked like an adult Sesame Street. By the looks of the headlights, they look a bit big for a small car.

I think I figured out why I agree with you.

The wheel wells are too small, as are the wheels inside of them. That car would be 100% better if the wheel wells were a little bigger, allowing for just 1 or 2 sizes larger wheels and tires. I am not saying it has to fit 20" wheels, but something bigger than that would help the styling ALOT!!

Glad to see it in something other than that hideous pea green! It looks better in Red, but I'm not sure this is going to be that competitive to the Fiesta. We'll see....

I think it is one of the better looking cars that size. I personally don't plan to buy something that small but if I did it would be a top choice.

Re: coming soon: Spark

The car looks fine to me, but the ad is just so Old GM "look there was a car in this clip, what was the name agian?".

Too bad it does not come with V8 RWD or AWD and 5 ton towing capacity, it would be a hit here for sure.
