I think it is related to the continuance of the Cobalt. It is not slated to be discontinued for awhile, when it does retire I would expect the Orlando to replace the HHR at the same time.

Number 1, according to the Feds the money will not be dispersed for months....and then only for alternative powertrain / energy development....and oh, by the way, #2....which are the "useless" crossovers? ....and what makes Orlando MORE useful? Styling is not "useful".
