any news on the 4.5 duramax? I know this is probably the last thing on most of your minds but i would love to know if this engine is still on schedule. I was extremely excited to hear about this engine and it would really suck if they decide not to do it, ford has already said they may be backing down from there 1/2 ton diesel program.

I'm thinking about getting a used Yukon XL Denali with the 6-speed tranny (they are incredibly cheap on the used market right now) and doing an engine swap to the diesel when it arrives. Pretty easy to financially justify with the price of used large SUVs in the toilet. |
