three things...
downsizing and restructurings are not solutions, they are reactions. don't get caught up in believing the corporate line as the words, and leadership behind those words, are nothing more than falsehoods. Return to Greatness was, and remains, the answer. talk about changing the dealership experience...there you go folks.
