WOOT!! All that room, and the best gas milage in its class!!
Just wish more people would buy them. Why get the sedan, when for the same price you can get the Maxx? You know what I dont see on that list...Hummer. I dont see people yelling at Ford to stop production of the Aston Martain's, or VW to stop making Bently's. And the Astro Van got both top and bottom on the list!! Now thats a van! Also, I think that there should now be 2 different sets of tests, one for gas, and the other for hyrbid/diesel. Take a good look at the car list, and most of the cars up there are hyrbids, or diesels. Only gas powerd car is the Maxx. I think there needs to be a spereate test for alternative fuel.

Great news! But I thought the Impala was Chevy's fullsize sedan? Well anyways, congrats!

Guess the Malibu is considered to be big enough to be thought of as full size? And also it has slightly better gas mileage than the Impala.
Good to see GM doesn't have any vehicles in the 'Worst' category. Though Hummer wouldn't be too far off that list mileage wise.

![]() hey, if you can get a 250k dollar car, the last thing you're worried about is $2 gas since when has there been a 10-cyl 1500 Ram??

Gm only shows up two times? How sad.
Sorry, I'm glad that the Maxx made it on the list...but I mean only two entries on the most fuel efficent! And now Toyota, Honda, and Ford all have head starts on the General for hybrid vehicles??? Sad. So sad. And you shouldn't tell me that the Silverado/Sierra hybrids count, because they're only selling in a few states. |

oh, duh.... they just made it sound like a "regular" vehicle, like a F-250 V-10
actually that explains why it outdoes the lambo in guzzling, its a sports car and truck put together.... the two worst offenders in one package

The SRT-10 Ram does get some seriously bad gas milage. When I saw 9mpg..I nearly fell on the floor. Aerodynamics of a brick+V10+2.6 ton= horrible. As far as it being sad that GM doesnt have more cars on there...why dont they put hyrbids in another section? Who realy cares about a small car getting good gas milage? Does it impact our gas prices if a few small econoboxes up there MPG by 10? These should be full gas powerd cars. No hyrbids.

I'm glad to see the SRT-10 taking two of the three worst ratings! That's what I'm talking about! Personally, I prefer the two-door and it's third-place rating. I don't like the whole automatic thing in the four-door.

Hummers, being considered heavy duty trucks, don't get tested by the EPA for fuel economy. take note that there are no 3/4 ton trucks on the list anywhere. all of those numbers are EPA numbers, not something done privately. the H2 would have certainly landed a spot on the list had it been an independent study. it gets nearly the same as the SRT-10 from my experiences, maybe even worse.
