Meet Your (Reduced) 2010 GM Lineups!

Meet Your (Reduced) 2010 GM Lineups!
Welcome to the world of four brands...sort of anyway.
www.gminsidenews.com
June 10, 2009

Here at GMInsidenews we have a tradition. That tradition is that we always do a series called "Meet Your _______ Lineup" when GM releases their product information guide for the upcoming model year. Well, last night GM released the 2010 information. Nothing too exciting can be found in it, but tradition is tradition right? The most notable thing to mention is that Pontiac will only have ONE 2010 model; the Vibe. We have been told that the G6 will solider on in 2010 as a FLEET MODEL only.

Click the links below for 2010 photography and "new for 2010" information on every GM model.

Well, fleets are about the only ones that bought the G6 anyways....

I have to go yet another year without my Colorado ZR3 based on the H3 frame.

Re: Meet Your (Reduced) 2010 GM Lineups!

GM is poised for it's lowest marketshare in it's history with this slimmed down, relatively weak line-up.

As the mix gets smaller, the entries get better.
Judging by the reviews, the new Equinox will be a hit.

Re: Meet Your (Reduced) 2010 GM Lineups!

I'd rather have all stars in every market segment..

My only regret is seeing the G8 GT and the Solstice GXP coupe/convertible go away..

All the rest can easily be supplanted by another fine GM product..

Mean, lean GM is about profit.

Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks GM, but I'll be looking somewhere else for my next vehicle. Good luck with the lack luster lineup you have for 2010.

Exactly why GMC has products such as the Acadia and Terrain. A need for trucks is always going to exist.

Yea, but Chevy has a full line up of trucks. GMCs are rebadges. If we want to make GM lean and mean, get rid of the redundant brand.

Re: Meet Your (Reduced) 2010 GM Lineups!

gmc is more rebadges than pontiac

i still dont see why gm isnt going with the original plan of selling the g8+solstice at buick/gmc dealers, since buick has 3 models and gmc is all rebadges, someone comes in looking for something sporty, what are you gonna tell them? "heres a buick" as they laugh their ass's off walking out the door...but thats gm for you, a bunch of retarded monkeys in an office building
