I have no patients for people like you!

And you claim to be a "regular customer" but according to your list the last new GM product you bought was 6 years ago. SEE YA!!
Nice attack! "I have no patients for people like you!" Did you mean sick people at a hospital? Perhaps you meant "patience." Get a dictionary!

That has to be the most ridiculous analogy that I've read in a long time! Yep, that's right. I go into the local grocery store and a salesman walks up to me and says, "Hey, you'd look great with that 2% milk! That's a popular brand! You know, the assistant dairy manager that's on today is in a really good mood. I'll bet he'll work with us. I'll see what I can do for you. Are you willing to buy today?"

Anyone who pays sticker price for any vehicle is an absolute idiot, especially in these economic times. Like most, I actually research what each dealer makes on each vehicle I buy before I walk in the dealership door and, therefore, I have never paid near MSRP.

Ya see, there's this thing called the "Internet" and if you do some researchin' you can learn things about cars such as invoice price, rebates, incentives, dealer hold back, special financing, etc. Big words, I know, but these are all good things that will help you in the future actually get a good deal. Apparently you've been walking in to the dealership, looking at the sticker, drooling, and then asking if you can add to the sticker price things like poly-glycoat, rustproofing, Scotchguard, sound-deadening, and the extended warranty that lasts forever. I'm sure I've seen you there next to the salesman with the huge grin.

I guess the question though, would really be, why does GM actually have that Toyota needs? Toyota won. GM lost.
The same bank account that Toyota is reporting is worth $20b? The same bank account that could be the death of Toyota in less than a year? Toyota has a very small bank account, in fact it invested all its money. GM had more cash a few months ago than Toyota has now.

Toyota has won nothing and in a few months from now if it cannot find someone to invest billions of dollars into their operations they will also be filling bankruptcy, but with a higher chance of chapter 7 because of the way they have managed their assets.

Toyota has been losing on average 50% of the value of their assets and some as high as 80%. People will be in for a HUGE shock as they keep posting losses for the next quarters. It wouldn't surprise me to see them hit $11b in losses this quarter, seeing how much they have lost on their latest transactions and the exchange rates.

They could drive a CTS wagon, since old Cadillac ambulances are getting harder to find.

Wonder what the stock price will be for GM as it comes out of bankruptcy? Will it be penny stock like going into bankruptcy or might people be more enthusiastic about it?

The question is moot since New GM will be privately-held corporation with no publicly tradeable shares for at least 1 year. Old GM shares will be essentially worthless. The US Gov't, Canadian Gov't, Union and former Old GM bondholders will be the only shareholders of New GM. Even though the "public" is a big shareholder the corporation will be "private", meaning no shares floated and tradeable on a stock exchange.

WOW! I think he found his DICtionary. You have some anger managment issues you need to deal with. I think I have helped you in my shop before, you sound like the guy that comes in at about 50k miles asking for goodwill even though you have never been in for any maintance repairs and then tell me that this is why gm is failing because it will not fix cars for free outside of warranty. If I am wrong sorry for the mistake, but not all of us can be perfect and never make a grammer mistake or be engineers.
