Five GM Models top Strategic Vision Survey

The Most Delightful Vehicles™ of 2005
GM Leads In Delight: Strategic Vision Announces Most Delightful Vehicles Of 2005

In the most recent Strategic Vision Survey, The Most Delightful Vehicles, GM had 5 models lead their respective categories. They were the Pontiac G6, Chevrolet Malibu Maxx, Cadillac Deville, Buick Ranier and GMC Sierra 2500. Honda had 4 winners and Nissan 3. The Delightful Survey is a customer satisfaction survey that takes it a step further in also addressing the owner's emotional response to the car therefore leading to customer retention and brand loyalty.

Good news, afterall, it's the customer's opinions- not the critics'- that count.

But then again, all those cars have "fart burners" on them. That "fart burner" ads 5-10HP to your car ;some of those small Hondas can whip a Vett off the line. (from anti-rice.com)
So 115hp+10hp=430hp, at least in ricerland

WTF? Rainier?

Not one Toyota on the list. One Lexus.

Is this the same survey where the Ridgeline won (and not for the ugliest production vehicle award)?...

Re: Five GM Models Top Strategic Vision Survey

Those biased anti-toyota idiots. GM must have paid them off.
Yes, it's subtrefuge and bribery, that's what it is. GM doesn't make cars that people want, do they?

Pontiac Solstice? Saturn Sky? Corvette Z06? HHR? GMT-900s? Cadillac CTS-V? Impala SS? Malibu Maxx SS? Hummer H3? Camaro Concept?

Hmmm. Maybe I was wrong. Maybe this is the time to go down to the dealer and take a look at what GM has to offer........

Re: Five GM Models Top Strategic Vision Survey

Oh well, good news for GM, but I wouldn't pay much attention to a survey where Kia Spectra and Kia Amanti win and, in spite of having more classes anybody could ever think of, places the DeVille alongside the 3-Series.

I don't know what did they do to conjure that CDI scores, but I guess the sales numbers are what matters.

I've boldfaced the portion that reveals why Toyota is abscent from the list. There is nothing about a Toyota that gives me happy pants.

Re: Five GM Models Top Strategic Vision Survey

It's great to see GM do so well in a survey like this. Hope the rumor about droping the Maxx aren't true, if they are, Gm should really reconsider.

I have a customer that stripped the Kia emblems off of his Amanti and exchanged them for Jaguar emblems. No bull. He is so proud of himself too, like no one could tell the difference. Ya....Right.

Mabye he got the call from Strategic Vision?

I don't know where you live, but I saw a car that fits that description driving down the 15 here in San Diego. It took a second look to figure out what he did. If he did it as a joke, then I think it's pretty funny. If he's serious.....well, I guess we should just let him believe he's driving a Jaguar.

Good job GM, killing a vehicle that is in the tops of the list. Way to give the people what they want!
