You act like it's from GM or something and that these are break-through models that are going to come out...

I don't know about others, but I do look forward to these installments; they're much appreciated. It demonstrates generally good work on the part of ChevroletRevived and fbodyrules.

Is the word "feature" that hard to understand?

Dudes, it adds credibility to the site. Not to mention the segment has been cited in more popular automotive news sources.

Do you know what the Chevelle project did for C&G? I like that we are doing this, and even if you don't, it is helping the site.

Re: Revitalization in Action Announcement

I don't care for this feature either, and has anyone mentioned that the cars that are being done are quite ugly?.

I can't even to begin to imagine what is in store for Saab.

What is wrong with GM fans making formal suggestions for what they would like to see from GM?

Many people on this site prefer the informal suggestion which is far less entertaining.

Car magazines have photo chopped, and artist renderings of future products all the time.

At no point has anyone stated these are actual production models which is more than can be said about Motor Trend.

If you read what he said, he's saying that they are taking a break from the feature so that "break-through models that are going to come out" in the real world during the auto show season can be covered by the GMI staff. ChevRev wasn't saying that the RIA feature was the important news, etc., but that they want to be able to devote their resources to the "real world" of the auto show season for now.

I also look forward to the RIA installments. They're fun, and a little piece of lightheartedness among all the Kerkorian/Renault/Nissan/Market Share/Toyota/Honda/etc. drumbeat of bad news that seems to always be out there with regard to the auto industry.

Plus I'm not going to sit in my chair and sling darts at something that folks obviously have taken a good deal of their personal time, talent, and creativity to make happen. I'm too lazy/uncreative to do that much work just for the enjoyment of others.

There isa nothing wrong with creativity. They just came up with a creative way to get you guys to gripe. I look forward to the next 9-7, 9-2 and 9-5. the 9-3 is cool.
On a different note, can some one send me a shopped pic of a cobalt with a Malibu's front end on it??

Really.

Like GM even cares about what someone outside the company designs.
