Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?

Great looking, natural evolution for the Cobalt. Why not 260hp?

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?

The original Malibu's were about the same size as the Impala is now. Seating for five is no problem, six is easily doable. Ithink if Chevy marketed the new Malibu, including the SS model, they'd have a winner.
(NO FWD please, hybrid optional)

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?

Does GM really want to revitalize the brand or what? Having the Chevelle as a totally separate car from the Malibu (the new one sucks btw) is once again against the Heritage of that line up. GM needs to go back to basics and build cars like they did before, Make a 2 door a 4 door and a wagon and el camino all over again, then do it with GMC again. I know many Pontiac fans think the last incarnation of the LeMans was horrible as do many of the last Nova too. Novas/Chevelles/LeMans/GTOs/SkyLarks/Cutlasses used to be things that terrified others on the street. They were what kept kids longing to go out and buy a GM product. Todays current line up sucks, except the Holden brands. If they don't build the Chevelle then fine, I won't buy their stuff at all. And GM should be out there trying to get everyone to buy their stuff.

Ok my rant is done. BTW I voted for the Chevelle.

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?

Even though the camaro is not part of the equation here, i'd buy the chevelle over the camaro today if they were both sitting on the showroom floor.

You do see a little "300C" in the Impala, don't you?

I voted for the Cobalt. I thought the Impala was gross.
