Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?
Emotionally, I went with the Chevelle, but cast my vote for the Cobalt because it was not only the one that surprised me the most, but because the small car segment is probably more than any other segment has the most dire need for a truly stunning offering. The reality of tomorrow's fuel prices means this is likely what many of us will likely be driving in 5 years' time, so I voted Cobalt because of its significance. That, and I think it looked darned good!

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?
The Chevelle looks like a Camarovolt. Awesome, so I voted for that. But the Impala is a close second because it looks different - lots of the other concepts have too similar a front-end.

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?
I voted for the Impala. If the Impala LTZ with th 360 HP 6.0L engine was available now, my wife would not be driving a Magnum R/T.

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?
I voted for the chevelle it looks great except for the bulges on the hood. This would make a great car for chevy especially with the classic name but I just don't think it will happen. It would end up competing with the camaro.

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?
i love that Chevelle, the b-piller and quarter window look great the higher rearend line, very good rendering of a true classic, as if the car had never stopped being built looks like a very natural progression

Voted for the Bel Air / Nomad, but if there was multiple voting :
Bel Air / Nomad Volt Cobalt Chevelle, love that car! If nothing else the paint should be an option. What color is that, Titanium? Impala |

I love the Chevelle Concept, but I voted Impala. The Chrysler 300 is my favorite sedan in it's class right now, but if they made the Impala look like that, it would definitely supplant the 300. While the Chevelle is fantastic, I'm a Camaro fan all the way. I plan on getting a new Camaro and wouldn't get the Chevelle no matter how nice it is (I'm sure others would though). But if I was in the market for a large sedan, it would be that Impala hands down. I'm surprised how many votes there are for the Cobalt. It, along with the Bel Air/Nomad and Corvette, was my least favorite. Corvette was too asian in the front for me.

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?
a lot of people seem to favor the chevelle. granted it's a great looking concept, and it would be a good addition to the line-up, to me it doesn't seem very necessary. on the other hand, the caprice both looks good and serves a valueble purpose for GM. Toyota, Nissan, Ford, as well as Hyundai all have decent full-size FWD cars. Gm has the luxury DTS and the pseudo-luxury lucerne, but as far as i'm aware they really don't sell that well, despite being good quality good-looking cars. plus their platform is supposedly being killed off soon. adding a full-size FWD sedan to the chevy line-up as the impala makes its transition to RWD would please everyone.
good job RIA staff

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?
I do not care for the small cars (excluding the Malibu), and I can't stand the Corvette. I had a hard time choosing between the Impala and Chevelle. I went with the Chevelle though.
