Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?

I Love the Chevelle, but I voted for the Impala. It must be because I have a kid on the way and with how often family visits 5 seats is a minimum. I just love the look of the Impala, crisp clean and stylish, but not over the top. Also I noticed huge ribs on the hoods of some of the cars like the Chevelle, Aveo and Beat and some others, I think they are too much. Bring the ribs on the hoods down (about 1/2 the size) and they'll be irresistable.

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?

SO many good vehicles, I actually had a hard time choosing. I ended up going with the Nomad though - with the face that the RIA team put on there, I want one. I also want a Malibu, Chevelle, Impala, Corvette, Cobalt and maybe a Beat.

Can we vote twice?

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?

I voted on the Malibu. Out of them all it seems like it can make the most people happy. If you want a base car with decent room and fuel economy, the Malibu. If you want a choice between coupe, convertible, wagon, or sedan, the Malibu. If you want all the tech goodies without buying a luxury vehicle, the Malibu. If you want the traction of AWD with the lots of power (The SS), its the Malibu again.

That Chevelle is awesome! Please make it a convertible, though. If not, the Bel Air will do.

Wow, that is gorgeous! I wish they would build something like that.....I would prefer it over the new Camaro (and I used to own a Camaro Z28!). Very stylish and modern. Absolutely beautiful.

What a contrast to the bland and dated Monte Carlo (RIP)...

Please, please GM, build something like this!

Cobalt. Such an improvement over the current car, and it does so with some serious style. That and the fact that it's the car I would most likely be able to afford when it comes out in 2010.

That Chevelle though...

Re: Poll: Favorite RIA Chevy Vehicle?

While I had a very, very hard time turning down the awesomeness that is the Chevrolet Chevelle concept, I (in the end) had to vote for the Bel-Air/Nomad Concepts.

Simply put, these cars need to go into production for Chevrolet's sake. Having the Chevelle would overrun the GTO, which is something we really don't need now (despite how much I like the Chevelle). A smaller, more fuel-efficient coupe and convertible makes sense, but at that very same time, why not have different versions of the Bel-Air while we're at it? What about a hardtop sedan? Or is that encroaching on the G5/G6 and BLS? Furthermore... What about a small-displacement V8?

I think there is a lot of possibility with the Alpha chassis, and the outlook looks good with those two cars. Especially the Bel-Air...

I voted Corvette, even though I didn't like the front end. As a whole though it rocks.

Make the Impala and I will buy. Cash in hand. I've been waiting for a decent RWD Chevrolet car to come along that will fit my family.
