A lot of assumptions in that post. PM sent.

Re: Introducing GMI's New Interactive Product Reviews

I'm also glad to hear the positive responses; I'm looking forward to seeing how the process goes into motion, and how the forum contributes to the review process. It's very flattering, actually, that a big portion of GMI's community takes such fierce ownership of the site's content. Finding ways to facilitate that even more remains a fun challenge.

I've been wrangling with the whole deal with videos, in fear that they might come out amateurish, and especially with poor sound quality. You guys want videos, and I think you should have them, but I also don't think they should be crap. I'll be putting more thought into this, for sure.

Re: Introducing GMI's New Interactive Product Reviews

While I'm uncertain of the format, what about announcing in advance the vehicles that are to be reviewed, so that people can submit questions that you might be able to answer from the actual reviews, looking for specifics?

Re: Introducing GMI's New Interactive Product Reviews

We will indeed be doing that. I'm thinking that, at least for mine, I'll include an email address to which people can submit thoughts and questions in case they don't use facebook or twitter.

Absolutely ... and it's about time.

This sounds amazing ... and should be a positive way to interact with GM.
