The Sky has the better looking exterior and interior plus it's MUCH cheaper. Z4 3.0 starts at I believe $41k here and the Sky is something like $28k.

I'd take the Sky, put a catback on (+25hp) and maybe a few suspension tweaks. Even at the same price I'd still like the Sky better(although I'd think it was overpriced)
