This is one example where I've gotten to drive the BMW competitor. Both cars (my version obviously was the Solstice GXP) were fun, but since I was driving the BMW with a helmet on, I can't really comment on the driving position and ergonomics very well. I was wedged into the Z4 and it had a hardtop bolted to it, so I just couldn't fit in it or even remotely sit right.
The BMW, though handles better and it has the sweeter engine. If I had to buy one, the value of the GXP would still be the clincher, but neither is quite my thing.
