Toyota/Lexus may license the entire package from GM; hell, GM may even run Lexus Link for them, but there's no indication that it's going anywhere.

However, it looks like all the other brands have dropped On Star itself. On Star is to closely assocaited with GM at this point, I think (one of the reasons Lexus doesn't call it that).
