I know you know why their reviews in general are "nutty."

You only need to read Robert Farago's typically infantile September 1 editorial: Imports versus Domestics: The Debate Stops Here. How grandiose is that? Statements contained within continue to demonstrate the pervasive attitude on the site: Ironically enough, I’ve doused those fires by banning “any comments that attempt to impugn this site's authors or its commentators for an anti-domestic car bias.” This "piston-head," along with others on this site, seems to miss the mark on more occasions than not. Why would you be surprised by any of their reviews?

I will take any review of any car by TTAC-even if it's a positive review of something domestic-with a grain of salt. To do anything other than that would lend merit to a nearly meritless site.
